Keep it Simple

Intimate ceremony with up to ten guests.
A short and sweet ceremony with (optional!) ‘I do’ question, personal vows and ring exchange.

Micro Wedding

Personal ceremony with up to thirty guests.
A short personalised introduction and help with writing vows. You may like to have a reading, ritual or include your children in a meaningful way.
High quality PA if required, for voice and ceremony music.
1.5 hours of photography (including ceremony), with your images edited in a mix of colour and b&w. Beautiful online gallery with unlimited downloads in print and web resolutions.

PHOTOGRAPHY UPGRADE

EXTRA 30 MINUTES $300 // ONE HOUR $450 // TWO HOURS $775

Additional time to capture a bit of the ‘getting ready’/more time for portraits/the start of your celebration afterwards. For ‘Just Marry Us,’ this includes a full gallery upgrade.

OFFICIAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE $75

Sue will apply on your behalf for your official marriage certificate from Melbourne Births, Deaths and Marriages. This is needed if either party plans to change their name following the marriage.

FAQs

Elope Bendigo covers Greater Bendigo, Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire, Heathcote, Castlemaine, Malden and other areas subject to request and availability.
There are modest travel charges for locations further than 10km from the Bendigo Post Office.
You need at least one month’s notice to prepare your legal paperwork in Australia. We can often accommodate week day elopements in this kind of time frame, but week ends do usually book in advance.
Yes! Alli can be one of the witnesses, and we can provide the other witness if you wish for a small charge to cover their time.
The Elope Bendigo packages are celebrant and photographer, both at a discounted rate. We also have extensive experience working together, including trouble shooting issues that arise on the day (including last minute changes of venue!).
You are welcome to book us individually at our normal rates via our respective websites.
Absolutely! Many people have somewhere in mind already, or we can help you find the perfect spot.
We’ve done backyards, gardens, bush, mountain tops, restaurants, hotels, vineyards, decommissioned country chapels, community halls - even a train platform. There are so many wonderful options!
We get it! Truly, we do. This is one of the big reasons people choose a ‘non traditional’ wedding.
We’ll guide you through the planning process and get a really good sense of who you are and what your goals (and worries) are for the day.
The short answer is yes (but we don’t include babes in arms). We do ask that you respect the numbers outlined for each package.
This allows for adequate time and coverage for photography, the planning of sound and photographic equipment requirements and preserving the intimate atmosphere of the day.
You can add this (subject to availability) at any point leading up to the day, and Alli is always happy to talk you through how to best structure your photography time to get the most out of the day.
While we gently encourage your guests to be in the moment and pop cameras/phones away, Alli is always respectful of your loved ones and their desire to capture the celebration! We just ask that they are mindful of not ‘getting in the way’ where possible, and to not trail during ‘portrait’ time as this can be distracting and off putting for you.
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 1-2 days (usually very quickly!) and the full gallery within 2-3 weeks.
